SpilMax Floating Absorbent Marine Booms will absorb a wide variety of oils and fuels, plant and seed oils, hydrocarbons, petrochemicals and petroleum-based solvents.

These large floating polypropylene booms are hydrophobic. They repel water and float, therefore enabling the absorption of oil and fuel-based products around water, without absorbing the water itself. They are intended for use in waterways to contain and absorb spills. Useful in wet environments. Can be deployed in the rain. Even when fully saturated, these durable booms will float on water.

Place these booms around vessels, floating spills, along shorelines or on land.

• Manufactured with UV resistant tough spun bonded heavy duty outer mesh encasing a polypropylene particulate.
• Each boom features snap hooks for easy connection to join multiple booms.
