In May 2015 Renew Solutions was engaged directly by the developer to undertake the complete design of the civil earthworks, stormwater and stormwater quality for a large commercial development consisting of two warehouses, carpark and office space. Due to Renew’s knowledge and experience in designing and constructing bio-retention basins, the developer also engaged Renew to oversee the construction of four bio retention basins located within the sites directly, ensuring they were constructed completely to specifications.
