SpilMax UniChem Absorbent Mini Booms are the most versatile absorbent option. They are ideal in any general purpose or chemical spill kit.
Mini booms are typically used to encircle, or bund leaking drums and machinery. Mini booms can be placed between a spill and a stormwater drain.
SpilMax UniChem Absorbents are yellow and work as both a Universal absorbent and Chemical absorbent to clean up a wider range of liquids. These absorbents will absorb and contain water, bodily fluids, oils, fuels, diesel, coolant, solvents, paint, general workplace chemicals and common agricultural chemicals, oxidisers, acids and caustics. Since these absorbents also pick up water, they are not recommended for oil on water spills.
SpilMax Absorbent Mini Booms are printed with information to remind the user what they will absorb.
The SpilMax range of absorbents have undergone extensive testing to ensure their absorbency and performance.
