Vehicle Wash Mats

Description

Our durable wash mats are the perfect solution for portable car washing services or permanent wash bay facilities. Made from high-quality PVC or reinforced polypropylene-coated fabric, these vehicle wash mats are built to last. Standard dimensions are available to suit cars and trucks, and the bund walls feature continuous foam sides that can withstand being driven over and walked on.

For optimal performance, it is recommended to use a geotextile underlay with these vehicle wash mats to prevent damage. However, if an underlay is not possible, the mats can be manufactured using reinforced polypropylene fabric for extra durability.

These car wash mats and truck wash mats can be seamlessly integrated into a water treatment system, providing a low-cost wash bay system. The mats have raised sides to contain wastewater, and a submersible pump can be used to direct the wastewater to a suitable disposal location or storage tank. With their exceptional durability and versatility, these wash mats are ideal for any car or truck washing needs.
